How did you start your org.? I want to start an org but I really dont know where to start or how to connect with people. Any advice would help.

KeyAir just had a vision of what he wanted to do and where he wanted to lead this organization and started explaining his idea to these young women and it just made sense to them to support and join in on this journey. Just have something concrete, it has to make sense, and ask the right people. Figure out what your market is and brainstorm what kinds of things you can do with that type of organization that you’ve created. It’s not hard to rally people up. Everyone wants to be a part of something with potential. Just make sure you follow through with what you promise your members.
